This explains what is collected when you book coaching, why it is needed, and who else sees it. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is not clear, ask and it will be explained properly.

What is collected
When you book a place, the form asks for:
- the player's first and last name, and their date of birth
- anything you choose to add about medical needs, access needs or confidence
- your name, email address and mobile number, as the parent, guardian or adult player
- whether you agreed to the coaching and photography conditions
As coaching runs, the booking also carries which sessions were paid for, attendance marks taken on court, the amount paid and its reference, any credit or make up owed, and a record of the emails sent to you.
Card details are never held here
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers are entered into Stripe's own form and never reach this website's server, so they are not stored, logged or seen. What comes back is the fact a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference.
Why it is needed
The names and date of birth place a child in the right group. Medical and access notes exist so coaching is safe and suitable, and they are read only by the coaches who run your child's sessions. Contact details are used to send a receipt and invoice, to tell you a session is not running, and to reach you about your booking. All of that is done by email. Your mobile number is there so the coach can call or text you personally when something about the booking is urgent. Attendance is kept so a session that was missed or owed can be sorted out fairly.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the booking work:
- Stripe takes the payment and holds the payment record.
- Resend sends the emails, so it handles your email address and the contents of those messages.
- Railway hosts the website and the database.
Some of these operate servers outside Australia, so your information is stored and processed overseas. Nothing is ever sold, rented, or handed to anyone for marketing. Information is not shared with the club or with anyone else unless you ask for it, or unless there is a genuine safety reason or the law requires it.
The website itself
There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on this site. No third party is watching what you read. The only cookie set is the one that keeps the coach signed in to his own admin screens, and that cookie is never set on a visitor's browser.
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for them, including your IP address. The home page also shows a Google map of the club, so Google sees that request too. Those are the only outside requests an ordinary page makes. The booking and payment pages also load Stripe, for the card form.
Children
Most players here are children, and their information is given by a parent or guardian who books on their behalf. It is used only to run coaching. It is not used for marketing, and it is never passed to anyone else for their own purposes.
Photographs and video
Photos and video are sometimes taken during coaching and may be used on our social media. Booking asks you to agree to this. If you would rather your child was not photographed, say so and that is simply respected, at booking or at any point afterwards. You do not need a reason, and it changes nothing about the coaching.
How long it is kept
Booking and payment records are kept while you are coaching with us and afterwards for as long as tax and insurance require, which is seven years for anything involving a payment. Medical and access notes are kept only while they are relevant, and you can ask for them to be updated or removed at any time.
Seeing it, fixing it, deleting it
Email contact@pisanelliperformance.com.au and ask. You can see what is held about you or your child, have anything wrong corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Records tied to a payment may need to be kept for the period above, and if that applies you will be told which ones and why.
If you are unhappy with how a request was handled, say so directly first. You can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
